By signing and dating below, the applicant shall not hold Wyoming Angels (sponsor), Teresa Massey (owner) or “A Prairie Winds Christmas” responsible for any injury, loss or legal action that may arise or come to the goods or property from any cause whatever while said premises are being occupied under this agreement.
